Project Description
This project requires you to create a professional engineering resume and portfolio that showcases your skills, experiences, and projects completed during the course. These documents will be valuable tools for internship and job applications.

Project Components
Part 1: Engineering Resume (70 points)
Create a one-page professional resume that includes:
- Contact Information: Name, phone, email, LinkedIn profile
- Education: University, degree program, expected graduation, GPA
- Technical Skills: Software, programming languages, tools
- Projects: Course projects (including LEGO project), personal projects
- Experience: Work experience, internships, volunteer work
- Activities: Student organizations, leadership roles, honors
Part 2: Engineering Portfolio (80 points)
Create a portfolio document (3-5 pages) that includes:
- Cover Page: Professional title page with your name and contact information
- About Me: Brief professional biography and career objectives
- Project Showcase: Documentation of 2-3 significant projects including:
- Project description and objectives
- Your role and responsibilities
- Technical approach and methodology
- Results and outcomes
- Photos, diagrams, or screenshots
- Skills and Competencies: Detailed list of technical and soft skills
Resume Guidelines
- Use a clean, professional format with consistent formatting
- Limit to one page (strictly enforced)
- Use action verbs (designed, developed, analyzed, created, etc.)
- Quantify achievements when possible
- Proofread carefully for grammar and spelling errors
- Use standard fonts (Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri) 10-12pt
- Save as PDF for submission
Portfolio Guidelines
- Professional appearance with consistent branding
- High-quality images and graphics
- Clear and concise technical writing
- Demonstrate breadth and depth of skills
- Include the LEGO Mindstorms project as one showcase
- Save as PDF for submission
